TELPAS testing

Good morning Parents and Guardians –

This week students in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades will be taking the TELPAS test.  These tests will take place on Wednesday and Thursday.  The TELPAS is the Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System.  This test is very important for providing the school and district information about our language programs and your child’s language acquisition.  Please make sure that are at school for the testing, that they arrive on time, and that they get a good night’s rest.  If you have any questions about this test or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to contact the campus at 936-709-5100.
